Despite intimidation, I truly believe that group therapy is a vital part of the healing process. It’s in community that we can reflect, process, and gain deeper insights into ourselves. A group provides a space for individuals who are committed to their own growth, where everyone contributes to each other’s healing and collective progress.
Each group is thoughtfully curated to ensure that the members are a good clinical fit for each other. When you reach out, I will schedule a screening and consultation with your therapist to determine whether the group you're interested in is a good match for you. If I feel that the current group isn’t the right fit, I will assist you in finding another referral. I prioritize the "goodness of fit," and it’s important to me that you join the right group for your needs rather than one of my own. For current clients, we’ll discuss the possibility of joining a group as it aligns with your treatment goals and progress.
