I’m trained in the Gottman Method and certified in Bringing Baby Home, which equips couples to strengthen their relationship during the early parenting years. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Relational Life Therapy to help you build a relationship rooted in honesty, care, and mutual respect.
