Showing up for yourself often comes last when life gets full. So many of the women I work with feel stretched thin—burnt out, anxious, disconnected from who they are, and carrying the impossible pressure to hold it all together. Maybe you’ve noticed yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like you, or wondering if you’ll ever feel like “yourself”. If you’re craving a place to exhale, be honest about how hard things really feel, and start to find your way back home to yourself, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Life has a way of surprising us with turns we never imagined, whether through grief, trauma, struggles in relationships or parenting, or seasons of change that unsettle our sense of who we are. In those times, it’s common to feel shame, fear, loneliness, or uncertainty. You may even find yourself noticing that the life you’re living doesn’t quite match the one you envisioned. That gap matters, and it deserves to be named and explored with curiosity.
In our work together, my focus is on creating a space where you don’t have to carry things alone. If you’re feeling uncertain about yourself, your relationships, or the path ahead, we can slow down and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I believe healing happens in connection—when we feel safe, truly heard, and supported without judgment. Together, we’ll get curious about the stories and patterns that shape how you move through the world, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you. My hope is that over time you’ll feel more connected to who you are and able to offer yourself the same care and compassion you give to others.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health–Certified provider, I help clients navigate the messy realities of motherhood—whether that’s anxiety, rage, grief, perfectionism, or the loss of identity that can come with caring for little ones in a culture that too often dismisses mothers’ needs. I specialize in supporting women through the transitions of pregnancy, infertility, IVF, postpartum, and parenthood, as well as the bigger life shifts, grief, loss, and identity questions that shape who we are. I also work with couples preparing for or adjusting to parenthood using Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home model, helping partners strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and build shared meaning in their new roles.
While maternal mental health is one of my specialties, I value working with adults through all stages of life. I have experience working with adults navigating the impacts of trauma, adoption, shame, relational pain, family dynamics, spiritual trauma or hurt, and identity struggles.
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, relational lens. I am a certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and AEDP, and my work is rooted in neurobiology, psychodynamic theory, and relational theory. What matters most is creating a space that feels grounding, compassionate, and uniquely tailored to you.
In our work together I bring humor, care, and practical support into the room, while also naming the systemic pressures—like perfectionism and cultural expectations—that can make life feel impossible. My hope is that our work together becomes a place where you feel seen in both your struggles and your strength, and where you can rediscover the resilience, kindness, and clarity already within you. You don’t have to navigate this season alone. I’d be honored to be part of your village as you reconnect with yourself and step into a life where you can truly thrive.
